Fischman Occupational & Environmental Medical Group is a consulting practice in occupational & environmental medicine and toxicology based in the San Francisco Bay Area and providing professional services regionally, nationally, and internationally. Michael Fischman, M.D., M.P.H. has over twenty five years of experience in these fields. The group provides consulting and limited on-site clinical services to large organizations in diverse industries including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical/biotechnology research and manufacturing, healthcare, chemical manufacturing and motion picture production. For approximately twenty years, Dr. Fischman has provided consulting and expert witness services in toxicology. Jordan S. Rinker M.D., M.P.H. has over 17 years of consulting service with a prior leadership role in an academic training program for occupational & environmental medicine. Mary Ishihara, B.S.N., M.N. is an occupational health nurse practitioner with over twenty years of experience in the field. In addition to providing limited on-site clinical services with Dr. Fischman, she has approximately seven years experience in the review and summary of medical and other records in toxicology cases.
